The spa, the food and the room are excelent

The bar at the pool only has 4 types of cocktails and the bar men couldn’t make a mojito, Singapore sling or any other drinks

We loved the glitzy entrance, beautiful flowersThe beds and pillows are unreal - best I’ve slept in! The view from our room was next level. All of the staff couldn’t help enough all so lovely! The breakfast was outstanding! I’ve never seen so many varieties of food and the quality excellent.

A very, very comfortable bed. I love the little welcome surprise we received for our anniversary it was a lovely touch. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.

The rooms are a little on the small side, cosy I would say for the price of them. The pool gets very busy, very early and is often hard to get a sunbed, so make sure you go early.

The comfort of the room

Check-in I arrived at the hotel around 1330hr and since the check-in time is 1500hr I registered myself first. At 1500hr I went back to the hotel and was told my room is not ready. I seat at the lobby for almost 1 hour and nobody from the hotel staff approach me regarding my room. Even those came after me check-in and get their room. Later I approached a hotel staff regarding my room and he was very helpful and get my room immediately. The question here the official time for check-in is 1500hr and why the room is still not ready? Why is no one follow up on my room until I approached the guy (forget to ask his name)? Why put the check-in time at 1500hr when the hotel can get the room ready???

The pool is really nice but somewhat shaded so when there is a breeze it gets a bit chilly in the afternoon but other than that, very enjoyable! Restaurant selection is great but all very pricey.

The location is amazing, surrounded by restaurants, shops and the marina. We were in a premier room and this was well and truly large enough for 3 travellers with lots of luggage. The room decor is very relaxing, robes and slippers provided with a good mini bar. There are plenty of dining options in the hotel, and the spa, pool and fitness facilities are also well appointed. The staff are very welcoming and eager to help wherever possible. We had a late night flight out of Singapore and spent our afternoon by the pool then dined poolside and we were treated like any other guest, even though we had already checked out earlier that day.

It's really hard to find anything negative about this hotel. We did have to request more teabags/milk from housekeeping as they only had 2 servings of each tea variety in the room, but many were brought to us immediately without issue.

Family room very well equipped. Kids love the bunk bed and the decor. Washing machine in room very useful. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Late check out also much appreciated given late night flight. Very comfortable stay.

Our younger child slept in lower bunk and bumped his head once. Limited headroom.

Facilities and complimentary services were topnotch among the hotels in Singapore! Thanks for great services.

Some staffs offered us an excellent service, but some other staffs weren’t kind and friendly enough. It would be great if the hotel trains all staffs with a same quality of training standard. And, when checking out, some orders(about $150) that I didn’t use were mistakenly charched on my room number. Going forward, I hope that the hotel staffs are more attentive to billing guests. I think they were confused because my room included many complimentary activities and dining service for kid.

Level 21 breakfast

House keeping takes time to clear consumed drinks and food. Chinese Restaurant food taste can be improved.

Everything was amazing, staff very kind and helpful, cleanliness, restaurants, breakfast very good , I will repeat if I come back .

Well the price but it was worth it

Location is okay-ish

Terrible experience from start to finish, and I say this as a regular client of MO in other countries. Our bags weren’t taken to the room 1 hour after check-in; old, worn, unrefurbished hotel; poor quality of amenities, including pool, showers, saunas; long waiting lines; cleaning was done poorly; absolutely no assistance on any issues or questions that you would expect from one of the best hotel chains; nobody knows anything and points fingers at different department. And to top it off, they kept the whole deposit amount while I only spent about half of it.

Beautiful pool and immaculate service there and in the hotel generally. Loved the little touches like bringing juice and kombucha to you when you arrive at the pool.Good gym.Great location and we love the mall the hotel is connected to.

This hotel was amazing. We loved the breakfast the settings of the hotel the pool area and our most favourite part was the massage. Never had a massage as good as we did there. Loved the location as it was walking distance to all malls etc and even to marina bay sands our bedroom view was also amazing

Nothing everything was perfect

Our room was well suited to 3 people, there was plenty of room to move around and cope with 3 suitcases. A beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath, as well as mini bar was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. We were escorted to our room by reception staff. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, big shopping centre next door and across the road. Views to Marina Bay Sands, the gardens and city. The hotel has recently been upgraded and refurbished and it is really beautiful with lots of dining choices.

Ocassionally there were language barriers, and it took a bit longer to understand what was required.

The excellent services. Even my mother complimented the housekeepers. The facilities were great, well maintained, and clean. But it was the services which I highly recommended. From the ease of checking in until the smooth setup for mini birthday celebration.

The suite's doorbell is not heard in the living room, only in the bedroom.

Door closer mechanism very bad and door slamming all day and night in floor 23 ! Not very well insulated doors.TV has no feature to YouTube or Netflix and lacks connectivity Restaurants are overpriced for the quality of food providedBreakfast timming is fixed for weekdays and weekend which all end by 10:30 !Shower area is bit tight and there is steel shelf has no function but hit your elbow !

The quality of service from the employees, the amazing swimming pool and the food / cocktail at the restaurant

Nothing... but if I am being picky I would say the room is missing a speaker to put some music instead of using the TV to broadcast our phone.

We had a beautiful suite on 16th floor with a small balcony. The view of the bay was spectacular both day and night. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and close by.
